What data we receive through bagyt.kz, why we need it, where it is stored and how to have it deleted. Prepared under the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and Its Protection”.
Version of 20 October 2026
1. Who processes the data
The personal data operator is BAGYT, a web development studio (bagyt.kz, Almaty, Kazakhstan).
For any question about your data, message us on WhatsApp at +7 702 366 97 26 or write to hello@bagyt.kz.
2. What we receive
Only what you enter in a form yourself: name, phone number, email, Telegram username, company name, website address, project type, budget, task description and the time you picked for a call.
Technical details are saved with the request automatically: IP address, browser and device, the page the form was sent from, the first page of the visit, the site you came from and ad tags (utm, gclid, yclid, fbclid).
3. Why we need it
To answer your request: get in touch, clarify the task, prepare a cost and timeline estimate and arrange a call.
Technical details help us protect forms from spam and understand which ads and pages bring clients. We send no newsletters and never sell data.
4. Legal basis
Your consent, which you give by sending a form — this is stated next to the submit button. You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us. We will then stop processing the data and delete it unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
5. Where and how long we keep it
Requests are stored on our server in Kazakhstan (PS.kz data centre, Almaty). A copy arrives in the studio's private work chat in Telegram and, when connected, in the studio's mailbox.
We keep the data while we discuss or work on the project and no longer than three years after the last contact, then delete it.
6. Who receives it
We do not pass data to third parties for their own purposes. We use services the data passes through technically: Telegram and the studio's email service receive the text of the request; Yandex Metrica, Google Analytics, Google Ads and Microsoft Clarity receive visit data — pages opened, clicks and scrolling, device and approximate location. Metrica and Clarity record on-page actions so we can see where the site is hard to use.
These services keep their servers outside Kazakhstan. By sending a form you agree to this cross-border transfer.
7. Cookies
The site stores your chosen language (bagyt_locale) and colour theme (bagyt_theme) in the browser and, for the length of the visit, the traffic source so it can be attached to a request.
Yandex Metrica, Google and Microsoft Clarity set their own cookies for statistics. You can block them in your browser settings and the site will keep working.
8. Your rights
You can find out what data we hold about you, ask us to correct, complete, block or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Message us on WhatsApp at +7 702 366 97 26 or write to hello@bagyt.kz — we reply within one business day and fulfil the request within the time the law sets.
9. Changes
If we change how data is processed, we will update this page and the version date at the top. A new version applies from the moment it is published.
