Overview
Bilim Plus is an exam preparation platform in Kazakhstan: mock tests for the national exams, for specialised schools and for teacher certification, an online school with tutors, and a separate dashboard for schools. Three different audiences — student, teacher and school administration — run on one core.
Challenge
The product grew from tests into an ecosystem, and the hard part was not the content but separating the scenarios. A school student, a university student, a teacher and a school arrive for different reasons, yet the platform has to stay one platform.

Solution
We split the platform by role: a category storefront for choosing, a personal dashboard for taking tests, separate logic for the online school, and a school dashboard with shared analytics. All of them rest on one test catalogue and one progress model.
