Via Medical
Website and online booking for a multi-specialty medical centre

Overview
Via Medical is a multi-specialty medical centre in Almaty with several branches and dozens of specialties. The website is not there to describe the clinic — it is there to get a person booked: help them choose a doctor or a specialty and close the appointment in as few steps as possible.
Challenge
Medical websites are usually built around the structure of the organisation instead of the question the patient arrives with. Someone comes with a symptom or a doctor’s name and lands in a tree of sections. The longer the path to the booking button, the more often they leave and call a competitor.
- Dozens of specialties and doctors had to stay navigable without a long menu
- Patients search differently: by doctor, by specialty, by symptom
- Several branches with different schedules and different specialists
- Booking had to work on a phone, in one or two screens
Solution
We built the site around two entry points — doctor and specialty — and tied both to a single booking form. A doctor card, a specialty and a branch all lead into the same flow, so the patient never returns to the start.
- Doctor catalogue filtered by specialty, branch and adult or child appointments
- Nearest available slots shown directly on the doctor card
- An alphabetical specialty index instead of a multi-level menu
- One booking form reachable from any screen
- Dedicated pages for branches, prices, procedures and the blog
- Server-side rendering and structured data for medical search queries
