Ayrus Travel
Travel agency website with online voucher activation

Overview
Ayrus Travel organises tours from Kazakhstan, mostly to Turkey. The agency had a clear offline process and vouchers that clients activated through a manager. The website had to move that step online and give the destinations a proper storefront.
Challenge
A travel agency sells on trust: people want to understand where they are going and who they are dealing with before leaving a phone number. Meanwhile the key action — voucher activation — was buried in chat.
- Voucher activation lived in messengers and depended on a manager’s working hours
- Destinations had to be presented in a way that actually sells
- The audience speaks three languages: Kazakh, Russian, English
- Most of the traffic is mobile
Solution
We moved voucher activation into its own flow on the site and surrounded it with what answers questions before an enquiry: cities, custom tours, partners, reviews and an FAQ. A callback form stayed as the fast fallback.
- A dedicated voucher activation page — the site’s primary action
- A city storefront with a description of every destination
- Custom tours as a separate section
- Reviews, partners and an FAQ covering insurance and tour length
- Three languages with separate addresses and metadata
