What a business chatbot does
A chatbot is the first point of contact that replies to clients in a messenger at any hour. It does not replace your managers — it takes over the repetitive part of the chat and collects the enquiry in full: name, phone, what is needed and when to call; a booking with service, specialist and time; answers about prices, address, hours and delivery; order status; a payment link, including Kaspi; and a hand-off to a manager with the whole conversation. It suits salons and clinics (beauty), online stores (e-commerce), training centres and service companies.
WhatsApp bots on the official platform
In Kazakhstan WhatsApp is the messenger clients use most to reach a business. The WhatsApp Business app is built for manual chats with auto-replies; a bot with its own flows and a CRM connection runs on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). That means a Meta business account, a phone number, a payment method with Meta, and message templates approved by Meta for anything sent outside the 24-hour window after a client's message. Business verification raises your messaging limits. WhatsApp policy also requires a clear path to a human when you automate, so a manager hand-off is always part of our bots, and Meta restricts general-purpose AI assistants on the platform — our AI bots answer only about your business.
Telegram bots
Telegram bots are registered through the official @BotFather and run on the Bot API, with no message fees by default. One rule to plan around: a bot cannot message someone first, so clients start it from a link on your site, Instagram or a QR code. Telegram is great for buttons, menus, mini apps with a catalogue or booking, and team notifications.
AI bots and how this differs from AI automation
An AI bot understands questions in the client's own words and answers from your materials — price list, service descriptions, delivery terms, FAQs. It answers only from that base, logs every conversation and runs within cost limits we agree before launch.
