Integrating a website with 1C, a CRM and payment providers becomes necessary once your data lives in several places at once: the order on the site, stock in the accounting system, the customer in the CRM and the alert on a manager's phone. While people copy it across by hand, enquiries get lost and prices on the site drift away from the real ones. We connect the systems so data moves on its own, and decide in advance what happens when one of them is down.

1C integration: products, prices, stock and orders

1C is the accounting system many companies in Kazakhstan run on, and the exchange usually goes both ways. Products, prices and stock flow from 1C to the site; orders with customer details and payment status flow back. We agree which system is the source of truth, how products are matched — by SKU, code or external ID — and how often the exchange runs. The same approach works for other systems with an API, such as iiko for restaurants and food delivery.

Online payments for websites in Kazakhstan

We connect payment services that operate in Kazakhstan: Kaspi Pay, Freedom Pay, Halyk ePay, CloudPayments and others with an open API. You sign the merchant agreement with the provider directly, and we wire it into the site — the payment button, order statuses in the site, CRM and accounting system, notifications and failed-payment handling. CRM integration: amoCRM, Bitrix24 and others

A form submission becomes a deal straight away, with contact details, the page it came from, UTM tags and the responsible manager. Repeat enquiries from the same person are merged by phone or email. If the CRM cannot accept data directly, we use a webhook or an email channel.

Delivery, messengers and custom APIs

Every exchange is logged, failed requests are retried and failures trigger an alert, so we notice a problem before your customer does. External services change their APIs over time, which is why integrations are often taken on support.
