Website support is not only for the day something breaks. A site is code, a server, a domain, a certificate, forms, integrations and dozens of dependencies, and each of them ages. Left alone, a site fails quietly: the form stops sending enquiries, the certificate expires, pages fall out of search — and you find out weeks later, from the customers who never arrived. We take sites into support, make sure that does not happen and keep developing them around your tasks.

What website maintenance includes

Basic support suits a business card site or a corporate site that needs edits a couple of times a month. Extended support suits an online store, a booking site or a customer dashboard, where new tasks come up all the time. Larger improvements — a new section, a catalogue filter, an extra language from ₸95,000, or an integration with a CRM, payments or 1C — are quoted separately and fixed in writing before work starts.

Sites built by someone else

Most often people come to us with a site whose developer has disappeared. We take such sites on if we get access to the code and the server, and we start with an audit to see what needs fixing first. Sometimes support costs more than a rebuild; if so, we say it plainly, and the rebuild becomes a website development project with content moved over and old URLs redirected.

Hosting moves and SEO

Support keeps the technical side healthy; growing search traffic is a separate monthly service — SEO services from ₸150,000 a month.
